Voiding a Scale Ticket
If a ticket needs to be cancelled after it has been posted, you can void it directly from the Posted Scale Tickets section at the bottom of the Scale House Module.
How to Void a Ticket
On the right side of each ticket row, there is a three-dot menu icon. Clicking it will reveal three options: Void, Print Ticket, and Download Ticket. Select Void to begin the voiding process.
Important: Tickets Cannot Be Un-Voided
Before confirming, be aware that voiding a ticket is permanent. Once a ticket is voided, it cannot be reversed. Make sure you are voiding the correct ticket before proceeding.
Selecting a Reason
When you click Void, a dialog will appear asking you to select a reason. The available options are:
- Load was contaminated
- Incorrect product was loaded
- Product was delivered to wrong location
- Product was no longer needed by customer
- Product quality was deemed to be not sufficient by customer
- Product was rejected by customer
- Other
You can also add an optional note (up to 120 characters) to provide any additional context. Once you've selected a reason, click Confirm to void the ticket, or Cancel to go back without making any changes.
