The Product Info section of the Scale House Module displays real-time order progress for the selected product, allowing scale house operators to track fulfillment against the original order quantity before posting a ticket.
Understanding the Order Progress Fields
The Order/Product Prog. field displays two numbers:
- The first number represents the total quantity ordered
- The second number represents the quantity fulfilled to date
Both numbers reflect the product's unit of measure — for example, if the product is sold by the ton, both values will be displayed in tons.
Quantity Enforcement
The order progress will also indicate whether the quantity is enforced. If enforcement is enabled, the system will not allow a ticket to be posted that would cause the fulfilled quantity to exceed the order total.
Each time a ticket is posted, the fulfilled quantity updates automatically — so the next ticket created will always reflect the most current fulfillment total.
Tip: Always check the order progress before posting a ticket to avoid hitting an enforced quantity limit mid-transaction.
