Emailing Invoices
Invoices can be sent to customers automatically upon creation or manually at any time.
Requirements for Emailing Invoices
To send invoices via email, the customer must have at least one contact designated to receive invoices. Before sending invoices, ensure that:
- The customer has at least one active contact in their account
- The contact is marked as an Accounts Payable (A/P) contact or invoice recipient
- The contact has a valid email address on file
If these requirements are not met, invoices cannot be emailed and must be delivered through alternative methods.
Manually Sending Invoices
To manually send or resend an invoice:
- Navigate to the Invoices page (https://app.bulksource.com/financial-operations/invoices)
- Locate the invoice you want to send
- Click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the invoice row
- Select "Resend Invoice"
The invoice will be emailed to all designated invoice contacts for that customer.
