This feature allows teams to track CRM activity and record internal notes related to customer interactions, relationship history, or operational considerations. It also supports uploading and storing files associated with the customer, such as tax exemption certificates, credit applications, or other supporting documents.
All notes and files stored in this section are internal-only. They are not visible to customers and are not accessible through the Customer Portal. This ensures sensitive or operational information remains available only to your internal teams.
