Locate the Customers tab. Here, you can easily see which customers are associated with each entity. This distinction is important because after creating an entity, you’ll need to return to these settings to manage which customers have access to it.
If a customer is not associated with an entity, they will not be available for selection when creating orders or interacting with sites that belong exclusively to that entity.
Customers can be associated with multiple entities; however, they must be associated with at least one entity to be used within the platform.
