Entity Assignments - Sites

Locate the Sites tab. Here, you can easily see which sites are associated with the entity. This distinction is important because after creating an entity, you’ll need to return to these settings to update which sites it has access to. The assignment status must be set to Assigned for the site to be associated with the entity.

This is especially useful if you have multiple locations that should remain separate for different users.

Reminder: If a site is not associated with an entity, it will not appear when creating orders unless the site is marked as active.
