How to Use Batch Edit
Navigate to Material Sales → Posted Scale Tickets, select the ticket(s) you want to update, and open Batch Edit. From here, you can modify a range of fields including Trucking Company, Customer, Tax Jurisdiction, Delivery Method, Price Per Unit, and more.
Understanding the "Multiple" Indicator
When more than one ticket is selected, fields that differ across your selection will display "Multiple" highlighted in red. This serves as a warning that the selected tickets do not share the same value for that field — for example, they may have different customers, PO numbers, or tax jurisdictions.
Important: If you update a field showing "Multiple," the new value will be applied to all selected tickets, overwriting any existing values. Review your selections carefully before saving to avoid unintended changes.
Saving Your Changes
Once you have made the necessary updates, click Save Changes to apply them. To exit without saving, click Back.
