The Posted Scale Tickets page provides a centralized view of all scale tickets that have been posted, making it easy to locate, review, and verify ticket details across your operations.
Filtering Your Results
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the tickets displayed. Available filters include Customer, Truck ID, Order #, Invoiced status, Retail Ticket, and date range. For more granular filtering, click + Filter to access additional options.
The ticket count shown on the Export button in the top right updates in real time based on your active filters, giving you a quick reference for how many tickets match your current view.
Reviewing Ticket Details
Each row in the table represents an individual scale ticket and displays key information such as Ticket #, Location, Customer, Trucking Company, and Status. To view the line items associated with a specific ticket, click the arrow on the far left of the ticket row to expand it.
Customizing Your View
The table supports horizontal scrolling to access all available columns. Click any column header to sort the list by that field, making it easier to identify patterns or locate specific tickets.
Ticket Statuses
Tickets can be filtered by the following statuses using the status toggles at the top of the page: Draft, Posted, Accepted, and Voided.
