Materials Sold & Inventory

For sites designated as Material Distribution sites, an additional tab labeled Materials Sold becomes available.

This section determines which products are produced or distributed from a given site. While your product master may contain many products, most sites only distribute a subset. Managing this list at the site level ensures:

• Price lists only include relevant products
• Sales teams cannot quote or sell products that are not available at a site

Products are activated for a site by toggling them on in the Materials Sold list. Once activated, you can optionally track inventory levels for each product.

Inventory tracking allows site operators to monitor current stockpiles and enables BulkSource to decrement inventory as tickets are generated. Inventory capabilities will be expanded over time, with additional enhancements planned throughout 2026.

Note: Currently inventory level are informational only and are not enforced - inventory balances may go below zero.
