Customer Statements
Customer statements display all outstanding invoices for a specific customer. Statements are generated separately for each entity and customer combination, keeping financial records organized across your organization.
Alternative: Customer Portal Access
Instead of generating and sending statements manually, you can invite customers to the Customer Portal. Once customers have portal access, they can view all outstanding invoices, payment history, and account details directly without requiring your team to generate and distribute statements.

Note: Once an invoice has been added to a statement, payment cannot be removed from an invoice.
